I have always been an admirer of the brushstrokes and techniques of Chinese/Japanese art and will often incorporate some line work influenced by those cultures.

Growing up on the Canadian prairies and having a family cottage in Lake of the Woods, Ontario, has provided me with landscapes that offer a kaleidoscope of colours and amazing light to provide never ending inspiration.  This home turf coupled by some pretty amazing world trips have become my painting catalogue.
